Project Short Description
This humanitarian project aims to distribute 260 hot meals consisting of rice and chicken to displaced and vulnerable families in the Gaza Strip.
Each meal is carefully prepared to serve three people, ensuring that the assistance reaches entire families rather than individuals only.
The project provides immediate food relief while also restoring dignity, warmth, and a sense of care to families living under harsh conditions.
Background and Justification
In the Gaza Strip, thousands of families are living under severe pressure due to displacement, poverty, and the lack of basic resources. For many mothers, preparing daily meals has become an exhausting burden—physically, financially, and emotionally.
This project goes beyond food distribution. A hot, ready-to-eat meal provides relief for mothers, comfort for children, and peace of mind for families who may spend entire days without a proper meal.
By providing cooked meals, this project contributes to:
Reducing the burden of cooking for mothers amid shortages of fuel and resources
Ensuring families receive warm and nutritious food
Creating a moment of dignity and humanity in the midst of crisis
A single hot meal can restore strength, hope, and a sense of normal life—even if only for one day.
